Updated 3 October 2026. This section describes the Free Android update, version 1.2.0, build 1012, and later versions that retain these features. For this application it supplements the general descriptions below.
3D EARTH for Android (com.livingearth.free) uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform to present applicable privacy choices. Unity LevelPlay, with ironSource Exchange (iSX) advertising, provides an additional advertising service when the primary service cannot supply an eligible banner or interstitial advertisement.
These advertising services may process device and app identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, technical information, and interactions with advertisements to provide, measure and protect their services. The information processed depends on the service, configuration and your applicable privacy choices. It is not necessarily anonymous. Provider responsibilities and their own uses are described in their policies.
Where the app requires advertising privacy choices, you can reopen them from Settings → “Privacy settings” → “Ad privacy choices” (in Russian: “Конфиденциальность” → “Согласие на рекламу”). You can review and change the choices offered by the form, including withdrawing consent where available. These choices do not disable every type of service processing or necessarily remove all advertisements. Android device advertising settings provide additional controls.
Optional usage analytics uses Google Firebase Analytics to process app usage events and device and app information to help improve 3D Earth. It is off by default in this update, including when upgrading from an earlier version, until you explicitly choose “Allow” in Settings → “Privacy settings” → “Usage analytics”. Advertising consent does not enable usage analytics. You can choose “Turn off” in the same dialog at any time; the app stops analytics collection. If usage analytics was enabled in this update, turning it off also resets locally stored analytics data. Turning it off does not recall information already received by Google. This analytics choice does not change your advertising choices.

This section describes 3D EARTH PRO for Android (com.livingearth.pro), version 1.2.0, build 1014, and later versions that retain this advertising configuration. It supplements the general policy for this application.
The application uses Yandex Mobile Ads and its required AppMetrica component to provide advertising when our network-country check identifies Russia and the application has confirmed that no active Custom Weather subscription or lifetime entitlement applies. The first entry after installation is advertisement-free. Subsequent entries may show a full-screen advertisement while the application loads. Availability of an advertisement depends on Yandex.
The country check sends a request to our service at www.3dearthapp.com. Our hosting provider processes the network IP address to return a country code. This check uses the network's country, which may be affected by VPNs and proxies; it does not determine the user's nationality, language or ability to make a payment.
Advertising requests may involve processing of network IP addresses, app and device technical information, service identifiers and advertising interactions by Yandex and its providers to deliver, measure and protect their services. The information processed depends on the SDK configuration and is not necessarily anonymous. Provider responsibilities and their own uses are described in their policies.
This build does not grant advertising personal-data consent to Yandex, disables Yandex location tracking and optional app-ad analytics reporting, and removes Android advertising-ID permissions. The application does not pass weather coordinates, city names, purchase tokens or account details to Yandex. These settings do not mean that advertising requests involve no network or technical processing. Location permissions used for the application's weather features are separate.
